Compared with other products, BOMEX PU pigment paste offers customers with the choice of different viscosity. BOMEX can provide PU pigment paste systems for internal pigmentation to different PU foam systems without any damage to the material interior structures and any acceleration materials aging. To some extent, it can delay the process of yellowing.
Due to low viscosity and excellent color-expression ability, BOMEX PU pigment paste makes it possible to work with multiple head-mix PU injection machine, thus reducing manpower and increasing efficiency.
The colors are tailor-made according to customers' color chip in strict conformance with DIN standard.

Pigment paste systems for
UP
The fineness of the processed pigments contained in
ISOPEROL-UP pastes reduces the risk of the largish pores or
even pigment clusters which have a tendency to form when dry
pigments are used. We also supply low-viscosity ISOPEROL-UP
pastes of the same quality. These pastes are also highly
suitable for pump dispensing.
The use of tried and tested additives prevents the pigments
from sedimentation, even after relatively long storage
periods, and favors their wetting to the glass fibers.
