Product Series | Color Pastes

The BOMEX color pastes enjoy wide recognition from customers for their excellent color expressiveness and perfect flowing ability. Compared with other color pastes, the BOMEX products come with different viscosity required by customers without affecting their color expressiveness.

The BOMEX color pastes can be applied to interior coloring of PU, EP, PVC and UP materials without changing their structure or strength, or accelerating their aging, while substantially delaying the process of yellowing.

MESOPU® Color Pastes

MESOPU® is the trade name for all color pastes applied to coloring of different types of polyurethane systems. Different cross-linking agents (e.g. polyol and other reactive polymers) are used for different systems and applications to make the color pastes compatible with the PU foam systems used by customers.

Product Features:Wide-ranging applicability to different PU systems;

Easy compatibility (providing color pastes of any viscosities required for nozzle mix and polyol premix processes);

Good adding properties;

High-quality raw materials and good dispersing performance.

Applications: for colouring all types of polyurethane systems.

CAPREN® Color Pastes

CAPREN^® color pastes comprise well-dispersed pigments/colors combined with polyester polyol and reactive hydroxyl groups, and are easily mixed into polyurethane systems. They are characterized by extremely high color intensity, bright color, low viscosity and good flow properties. These color pastes can be blended in any ratio to produce the desirable color effects.

Product Features:
No alteration to the physical properties of foaming systems, especially when high volume of addition is invloved;
Thermal endurance and stability of color pastes under polymerization temperature;
Non-volatility of colors under combustion conditions.

Applications: Polyester, polyether, non-porous foaming system, slabstock and polyester elastomer for moulded foam system.

MESCA®

UP Color Pastes-UP

MESCA ^® UP color pastes comprise grinded pigments and resins, applicable to coloring of composite materials.

High light and weather fastness and resistance to migration,
No precipitation and separation.

Applications: SMC, BMC, pultruded sections and tubes, and artifical marble.

PVC Color Pastes

MESCA ^® PVC color pastes are based on a PVC compatible binder compound made up of phthalates and / or polymeric plasticizers and can be easily incorporated into PVC compounds. These pastes contain high quality pigments, excellent light fastness and resistance to migration as well as temperature resistance. Optical brightener can be incorporated into the pigment paste in order to grant luminosity and brilliance of the coating.

EP Color Pastes

MESCA^® EP color pastes are epoxy resin (EP)-based grindings, especially applicable for for large-area coating of EP systems.

Applications: extensive area coating, coating of pipelines, electronics industry, etc

SA Color Pastes

SA color pastes are used in insulating glass adhesive, automotive sealant adhesive, photovoltaic adhesive. They are of high toner content, good dispersion, unique viscosity advantages, and high cost-effective ratio, suitable for manual adding and online mixing process.

Water-Based Color Pastes

This Series carrier-free water-based color pastes are produced with fast dissolving and diffusion technology and are free of APEO. The color preparations composed of organic or inorganic colors, and non-ionic or anionic wetting agents and dispersing agents work well with disperse thoroughly in waterborne polyurethane, acrylic polymers and emulsions.

These color pastes can be used for high-performance water-based coating products. Standard color samples can be prepared and color design service can be provided according to clients’ demand based on the 16 base colors. Formulas can be provided to maximize pigment content and reduce adding proportion by clients. They are of excellent light resistance and hiding power.
